✦ The people, the model Set up in Switzerland to solve one specific problem.

About

✱
Why this exists

Swiss consultancies keep winning software projects with integration work in them, and keep declining or subcontracting badly. We wanted a better third option.

Two convictions everything else follows from: engineering scarcity in Switzerland is real.

And it is not the client's problem — it is ours to solve for you.

Everything commercial and every hard decision lands in Switzerland. Everything else is engineered wherever the right hands are.

The company in one paragraph

Labsit Switzerland Sàrl, registered in Sion. A small core team handling every partner conversation, every SOW, every architecture review and every escalation. Behind them, a curated European engineering network — same senior people, project after project, never a random assignment from a bench.

We work exclusively through partners. That is a business model choice, not a slogan: we don't run outbound to end clients and we don't want to. It keeps the incentives simple.

If a project doesn't fit our model — too small, too generic, too far from integrations — we say so on the first email. Life is short and your inbox is full.

One channel

Partners are how the company lives. There is no side door.

Outcomes, not seats

You buy a working integration, not a stack of timesheets. The scope, the price and the acceptance criteria are on one page.

Uncomfortable honesty

If the estimate is slipping, you hear it in week two, not in week ten. Bad news early is cheaper for everybody.

Delivery lead
✦ The person who signs your contract

Small company. If it's your first project with us, you'll deal with the founder directly — including on the invoice line.

Ruben Silva, founder and delivery lead of Labsit Switzerland
Ruben Silva Founder & Delivery Lead

Chairperson of the management board of Labsit Switzerland Sàrl. Reads every partner brief personally.

✦ What the Delivery Lead actually does

One person. Your project. Same working day.

  • Answers your emails, not a ticket queue
  • Writes the SOW and the change requests
  • Reviews architecture with the engineers
  • Sits in your client meeting if invited — silent by default

On-site in Zurich, Bern, Basel, Geneva or Lausanne when a meeting genuinely needs a body in the room. Otherwise: video, prompt replies, and a written trail your client would be comfortable reading.

Have a coffee before you have a project.

Half our best partnerships started as an introduction, not a brief. If you'd rather talk before sending anything, that's how we prefer it too.
